Touring New Zealand and exploring the contrasting North and South Islands. After touring New Zealand, join us as we introduce you to some of the well know

Australian delights!

Be amazed by the contrasts of the North and South Island on a 10 day guided expedition. We’ll explore Auckland’s city sights, discover the fascinating glow worms of Waitomo Glow Worm Grotto, spot New Zealand’s famous kiwi bird in Rotorua, and journey over the Southern Alps on the TranzAlpine Train. We’ll immerse ourselves in rich Maori culture, experience warm Kiwi hospitality with a BBQ lunch and you can’t leave without meeting some of the many locals (the sheep!). We won’t leave without viewing the awe-inspiring Franz Josef Glacier. Join us on this escorted tour to New Zealand to discover this and more.

DURATION

10 days New Zealand followed by 7 days in Australia concluding in Sydney

Day 1 •

Arrival into Auckland

Day 2 •

We’ll see Bastion Point, the War Memorial, Viaduct Harbour, the Auckland Harbour Bridge return to hotel

Day 3 •

Touring some amazing sites with a local guide

Day 4 •

Sightseeing, then check fly to Christchurch to check into hotel

Day 5 •

More spectacular sites to see on a train journey on

the TranzAlpine from Darfield through the Southern Alps to Arthur’s Pass.

Day 6 •

New Zealand’s adventure capital where an orientation tour completes our day.

Day 7•

Today we will journey over the Devil’s Staircase and along the shores of Lake Wakatipu to Te Anau and its lake, and return to queensland

Day 8 •

Enjoy the day at your own leisure.

Day 9 •

A tasting authentic way of life, to return to your tour leader for a evening meal.

Day 10 •

Board flight to Melbourne

Day 11•

Spend the day at leisure

Day 12 •

Fly to Cairns, experience the Indigenous people of

the rainforest.

Day 13 •

Visit the Australian animals at the Cairns Wildlife Dome. Snorkelling and lunch before returning to Cairns.

Day 14 •

Fly to Sydney where you can relax and explore the hotel. Before boarding Captain Cooks Sunset Cruise.

Day 15 •

Coastal walk through the bays. Topped off with a guided tour off Sydney Opera House.

Day 16 •

Explore the delights and culture of the beautiful harbour city of Sydney.

Day 17 •

Transfers to Sydney airport ready for flights home.
